Discipline and Conduct

In matters relating to discipline and conduct, the Central Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1964, and the Central Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, as amended from time to time by the Central Government, shall apply.

For the purposes of the aforesaid Regulation, the Disciplinary and Appellate Authorities shall be as specified in the Schedule - 1 to these Regulations.
